Refund policy

We offer an easy return & exchange procedure on all Mell-anni products.

If any item received from Mell-anni does not meet your expectations, simply send one email to our customer support team for assistance with an exchange or refund.

If the product is determined to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Mell-anni will replace the product or refund your purchase.

The return shipping is prepaid (i.e. you will pay no postage upfront) and free for all U.S. based customers.

You may request an exchange, in-store credit, or a full refund towards your original method of payment for your returned purchase. 

Please note that Expedited Shipping is nonrefundable.
